Tinned coated Copper wire goes through 3 processes.
- Copper wire is drawn into the specific AWG Size with a Electrolyte Copper.
- Annealing of the wire is done.
- The Tin plating recieves treatment with either one of these 2 methods
- Hot Dip Process - Tin is melted in a electrical pot and the Copper wire is them immersed in this melted tin, resulting in Tin coated copper wire.
- Electroplating Process - Produced by electroplating the metal from an aqueous solution of its salts.
